Welcome to Odyssey Spa
We trust that you will enjoy your visit with us and that it will be one of pure indulgence and relaxation. For your comfort, please read through the following carefully.
Booking Information
To ensure you receive your preferred availability, we advise you to book well in advanced to avoid disappointment. All our Spa Days are available Tuesday to Sunday, unless otherwise stated and are subject to availability.
Prices
The prices and charges shown on the website, in the brochure and other communications are subject to change. Exact prices and charges will be confirmed at the time you make your booking.
Courses
All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. Courses must be taken within 12 months. Courses are non-refundable, but should a problem or allergy occur during the treatment, the value can be transferred to another treatment or held on your account.
Treatment Timings
For our amazing therapists to deliver an exceptional treatment, all treatment timings include time for preparation, a thorough consultation, and relaxation.
Spa Day treatment times are not guaranteed or confirmed until arrival, however we will try and accommodate any requests that you have for treatment timings where possible. Spa day treatment times will be allocated between 10am and 4pm/5pm and will be confirmed to you on arrival. Lunch timings are allocated between 12:00noon and 2:30pm.
Treat Card
1. We will give you 1 point for every pound you spend on retail & treatments excluding course payments.
2. These terms and conditions are applicable across the entire Treat Card scheme, and any participation is considered as acceptance. The Treat Card account, key fobs, coupons, vouchers and points, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of The Odyssey Sp, which may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme.
3. The Odyssey Spa reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
4. The Treat card is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered for the card.
5. The Odyssey Health Club & Spa may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Treat card accounts and points, and remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is a reasonable belief of:
a. any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme;
b. any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and/or those relating to the optional elements of the scheme;
c. any behaviour relating to the Treat Card or The Odyssey Health Club & Spa that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.
6. Treat card points cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded.
Spa Day Payments
For Spa Day bookings, full payment by debit, credit card or voucher will be required at time of booking.
Etiquette
We ask that you turn your mobile phones off whilst in the spa area. We request that guests maintain a respectful attitude, mindful of the fact that other guests are having treatments.
Age Restriction
No children under the age of 18 are allowed to use the spa facilities and cannot wait in the area or the club whilst you are being treated. The Odyssey Health Club & Spa is strictly over 18’s with no exceptions. We have no facilities to ween babies or children to wait.
Cancellations
Non-arrival, cancellation or amendment advised within 7 days prior to your arrival date for spa days and 48 hours for treatments will incur full payment.
Data
All the information we collect and hold about you and members of your party may be stored on a computer and other filing systems, for which we hold a valid notification under the data protection act.
Safety Regulations
We advise you not to wear any jewellery whilst using the wet facilities. Chlorine will discolour them.
Health Conditions
When making your treatment reservation please advise us of any health conditions, or injuries which could affect our service. If you have allergies of any nature, please discuss these with our staff on arrival, and your therapist prior to any treatment.
It is recommended that the Sauna & Steam Room are not uses during any stage of Pregnancy.
Cancer, Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy
If you have had or are currently undergoing treatment for cancer, we do have a range of treatments, designed specifically for our guests. These treatments can be adapted to your specific needs and no prior GP/ Consultant approval is required. Please advise our reservations team at time of booking.
Disclaimer
Odyssey does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your property suffered as a result of any cause whatsoever. Only food and drink purchased from Odyssey can be consumed on site.
Food and Beverage Policy
To protect hygiene standards, ensure member safety, and maintain the quality of services provided, Odyssey Health Club and Spa enforces a strict food and beverage policy:
- Prohibition of External Items
The consumption of any food or beverages not purchased on the premises is strictly prohibited in all areas of Odyssey Health Club and Spa. - On-Site Purchases Requirement
Only food and drink purchased directly from Odyssey Health Club and Spa may be consumed within the facility. - Limited Exceptions
Exceptions will only be considered in cases of verified medical necessity or specific dietary requirements. Approval must be obtained from management in advance, and supporting evidence may be required. - Enforcement
Any external food or drink found on the premises may be confiscated or must be immediately removed or disposed of upon request by staff. - Breach of Policy
Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate action, which may include being asked to leave the premises. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to suspension or termination of membership without refund. - Management Discretion
Odyssey Health Club and Spa reserves the absolute right to interpret and enforce this policy at its sole discretion.
