In order to get the most of your time with us, the following advice and guidance should help.

To enjoy your Odyssey Spa visit to the full we ask you to:

  • Arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment so that you can relax and enjoy the complete Odyssey experience.

  • Turn off your mobile telephone before you enter the spa.

  • We do not allow children in The Spa, unless with prior consent.

  • Give us 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or you may be charged 50% of the treatment fee or the full amount if the slot cannot be rebooked.

  • Bring flip-flops with you if you are having a pedicure.

  • Odyssey regrets that we cannot take any responsibility for lost gift vouchers so please look after them and ensure that they are presented at the time of your treatment - regrettably we make no exceptions to this policy. Gift vouchers expire after 6 months.

  • We do not recommend waxing or facials directly before or after any form of heat treatment.

  • To gain maximum benefits from essential and aromatherapy oils, we suggest you avoid showering and swimming for 3-4 hours after treatments using these and even leave the oils on overnight if you can.

  • Avoid drinking alcohol after any massage and ensure you drink plenty of water following the detoxification treatment.

  • If you have any allergies, particularly to nuts, seafood or wheat, you may be asked to take a patch test prior to any skin treatments.
